Amphitheater OS
Live Venue OS
SHOWROOM

The whole room,
from the offer to the settlement.

Amphitheater OS is the operating system for a live-music venue and talent buyer — the calendar and the holds, the offer and the deal memo, the box office and the on-sale, the advance and the riders, the bar and the per-cap, and a ten-department agent org routing underneath all of it. One room, from the booking to the night-of payout.

The One-Click Settlement Sheet. After doors close, most rooms rebuild the night by hand — gross off the box office, subtract taxes and fees and every expense, apply the deal, cut the artist. Amphitheater does it in one click: the settlement sheet a tour manager signs before the bus leaves. That's the button that pays for the OS.
Nothing goes on sale unbooked. The rights-gate holds the box office shut until a show's contract is signed and its deposit is in. Announcing a date you can't fulfill is a refund-and-reputation event — so the OS treats it like one and blocks the on-sale to a human.
This is the real OS, not a slideshow. It runs entirely in your browser. Everything you type stays in this tab, nothing is uploaded, and the floor resets when you leave. Nothing here sells, spends, settles or signs — anything that would is staged on the Approval Desk instead.
