Sleeves OS

Sleeves OS

The operating system for a tattoo studio

A haircut is a booking: pick a time, show up. A tattoo is not. The artist has to see the references, decide whether it is in their style, whether it is physically possible, and how long it will take — before a time can exist at all. Every generic booking tool starts at the calendar. Sleeves OS starts four steps earlier.

The queue, not the DM

Every request arrives with reference photos, placement, size in inches and a budget the client has actually said out loud — so the artist can answer today instead of over a week.

The deposit gate

Nothing gets a slot until the deposit is taken. It pays for the hours of drawing that happen before anyone sits down, and it credits the final price.

Flash is inventory

One-of-one. The moment a design is claimed it retires from the wall, so two people are never promised the same drawing.

Consent per session

ID, health screening, waiver and aftercare — every visit, not once ever. The conditions that actually stop a session are enforced, not filed.

The money splits at the chair

Booth rent applied on every session, deposits credited, and the shop's real net after the supplies it provided.

Touch-ups are costed

Free to the client is a chair and a set of supplies to you. It is the one number nobody in this trade measures.

This is the real system running in your browser, not a slideshow — everything you type saves locally and nothing leaves your device. It opens on a realistic sample studio; the ribbon at the top clears it so you can enter your own. Sleeves OS is a white-label build by Accelerated Experiences LLC. Nothing here is legal, medical or licensing advice.
