This policy covers aexperiences.com, aexperiences.studio, and the apps and operating systems we sell from them. It's written in plain language on purpose.
We count visits with our own counter. No ad networks, no third-party trackers, and we never sell your information. If you make an account, we keep what you put in so the product works for you. Payments go through Stripe, and we never see your card number. Ask us and we'll delete your data.
Our pages run our own visit counter. For each visit it records the page and its title, the site that sent you, any campaign tags in the link, your browser's language, your screen size, your browser and device type, your IP address, and how long you stayed. It saves a random ID in your browser's storage, not a cookie, so we can tell a returning browser from a new one. It never reads anything you type. These records delete themselves after 400 days. Clearing your browser's site data resets the ID.
We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. When you sign in to one of our products, a sign-in token keeps you signed in, and that's all it does. Stripe's checkout page sets its own cookies under Stripe's privacy policy.
Some products have accounts, including AIMOS, AE Remote Work, our client portal and our business operating systems. We keep your email, your name, your password (stored scrambled, so even we can't read it) and whatever you put into the product: records, files, inventory, hours and the like. We use it only to run that product for you and your team.
Checkout runs on Stripe. Stripe handles your card, and we never see or store the card number. Stripe tells us what you bought, your email and the payment status so we can set up your product.
When you type or talk to an assistant inside one of our products, your words are sent to the AI service that writes the answer (currently DeepSeek or Anthropic), and the answer goes to our own voice engine to be read aloud. Please don't put passwords or card numbers in a chat.
Apps that listen ask for your microphone first, and you can say no. When an app turns your speech into text, your own browser does that. In ESPOwords you can leave a voice note or a message for the person you're playing with. We keep those with that game for up to 400 days so they can play it back.
When you email us or use a contact form, we get your name, your email and what you wrote. Form messages are delivered to us by an email service called Resend. We use them to answer you.
We research businesses from public sources, such as state business-license filings and public business listings, and we may email a business about our products. Every email says who we are and carries our mailing address. Reply and ask us to stop, or email us, and we'll take you off the list.
Only the services that run things for us: Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting our sites and storing data, DeepSeek and Anthropic for assistant answers, and Resend for delivering form messages. Each one gets only what it needs to do that job. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising. We'll share information if the law requires it.
Some of our systems are built for care businesses. If your business is covered by HIPAA, talk to us before you put patient health information into a system.
Our family apps are made for kids to use with a parent, and a parent buys them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us personal information, email us and we'll delete it.
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email us and a person will handle it.
If this policy changes, the new version goes here with a new effective date.
