Anthony Esposito spent twenty-one years — 2003 to 2024 — running businesses from the inside: a newspaper's direct-mail operation, senior-care communities, a national placement service. He is a market research analyst by training and came up through creative agencies. At four of those jobs the company switched the operating system the whole business ran on while he was sitting in it, and he was on the pilot side every time.
That is the through-line. He knows what it feels like when the system a business runs on changes underneath the people doing the work — and he knows how to map a business so the software fits the work instead of the other way around.
In May of 2026 he wrote his first real software. Fourteen business operating systems and more than thirty apps later, the shelf is what you see in the store.
Xpense OS came from a sister-in-law who needed her expenses to write themselves down. AE Cut & Effect came from the kids wanting to make a movie out of a pile of phone clips. ESPOhystory came from a kitchen table where reading was a fight. The Neuro Divulge tools came from a house with four neurodivergent kids in it.
The family is the company. Anthony builds. His wife — a nurse — is co-founder and the second real user of everything. The kids are the test bench, and the reason so much of what we make is free, safe, and quiet.
