I've Spent 21 Years Building Operating Systems. This Year They Became Software.
Before this company existed, my job was reading businesses. Twenty-one years of it. I built audience targeting and market studies for newspapers and national media groups. I ran segmentation on real census and consumer data before most people had heard the word. I carried national accounts, and I ran operations in senior living — staffing, census, compliance, the whole unglamorous machine that decides whether a building runs or bleeds.
Every one of those jobs was secretly the same job: walk into a messy operation, find the numbers that actually matter, and build the system that runs the place. A territory plan is an operating system. A sales floor is an operating system. A ninety-bed community is an operating system. I was building them for two decades — on paper, in spreadsheets, in other people's software that never quite fit.
In 2026 I founded Accelerated Experiences LLC and started shipping those systems as the real thing. Fourteen of them so far — for dental practices, tattoo studios, theaters, engineering firms, home-care agencies, used-car lots — each one the whole operation in one place: the schedule, the money, the pipeline, the paperwork. Plus thirty-four apps on the other shelf. All of it live in one store, where you can walk in and use any of it before anyone talks to you.
How does a small shop ship at that pace? Accelerated Experiences LLC is a family business — a father, a nurse, and four kids who keep us honest — running the most modern build tooling there is, pointed by twenty-one years of knowing exactly what to build. Tooling can draft anything; it can't tell a dental front desk from a box office, and it doesn't know which number decides whether the month worked. That's the seat experience holds. Direction, taste, judgment, and the final call on everything — nothing ships out of this house without it. The build tools are new. The operator isn't.
So when you open one of these systems and it feels like it was built by somebody who's actually sat in the chair — reconciled the deposits, chased the denied claim, filled the schedule — that's because it was. The code came fast this year. The record came first.
