Information, education and tools

For neurodivergent kids, by a neurodivergent family.

Printables and apps built in a house where all of this is Tuesday — not theory. Made because we needed them first.

Free

The ND Homeschool Reset Checklist

A simple, sensory-informed checklist for the days the homeschool has come off the rails — and you need a way back that doesn't start with a lecture.

One email with the download. No list, no drip, no selling your address.

Printables

Print it, laminate it, put it on the wall.

Three sets, each one built for a specific hard moment. Instant download, yours to reprint forever.

What to say

Calm Transitions: What to Say Cards

Exact words to use when starting feels hard, transitions fall apart, or big emotions take over. You don't have to think of the sentence in the moment — it's on the card.

Movement

Regulation Through Movement: Flash Cards

Printable animal-movement cards for regulation breaks. Pull one, do the animal, come back to the table with a different body.

Routines

Visual Routine Charts

Six printable 8×10 charts with picture checklists — morning, evening and more. For the kid who can't hold a five-step instruction, but can follow a picture.

Notes

What we are figuring out, as we figure it out.

No polish, no expert voice. A homeschooling family in north Idaho writing down what worked this week and what did not.

The apps

One subscription. Four tools that live on the phone, not the fridge.

Same house, same reasons. Nothing is collected, nothing is uploaded, and there's a free trial on the whole thing.

Watch

Short videos from an ordinary week.

Teaching tips, routines that actually held, and the days they didn't. Filmed on a phone, in a house with four kids in it. Posted here first, then everywhere else.

On TikTok @theneuro_divulge Everything she films is there — teaching tips, routines that held, and the days they didn’t. New ones most weeks. Watch on TikTok →

A podcast is coming. Until it does, everything lives here as short video.

The Neuro-Divulge mark

Why this exists

Nothing here started as a product. It started as the thing we made on a Tuesday because the morning had already gone wrong and we needed it to go differently tomorrow.

If it helped in this house, it goes on the site. If it didn't, it doesn't.

The house
Who
Jessica Esposito — homeschooling mom to four, three with an autistic diagnosis.
Where
Post Falls, Idaho.
Made for
Parents doing this at home, without a team, usually before 8am.
Not
A diagnosis, a therapy programme, or advice from someone who read about it.

The Neuro-Divulge is an Esposito family project. The apps are built and supported by Accelerated Experiences, LLC — the family's software studio, also in Post Falls.
